You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way any images or material from this site without the express written consent of Penny Can Golf LLC ownership. All coupons, discounts, giveaways and any other type of promotions are limited to 1 item or offer per customer/user, unless otherwise noted in the offer.
LAWS AFFECTING ELECTRONIC COMMERCE
From time to time, governments enact laws and levy taxes and tariffs affecting Internet electronic commerce. The client agrees that the client is solely responsible for complying with such laws, taxes, and tariffs, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Penny Can Golf LLC from any claim, suit, penalty, tax, or tariff arising from the client's exercise of Internet electronic commerce.

If you aren't happy with how club build, repair, or alteration meet the specifications provided by the customer we will work with you to make it right. We are proud to stand behind our work with exceptional customer service and we want you to be happy that you gave us your business.
Below is our official return policy, if you wish to return or find a defect in the work completed by Penny Can Golf, please reach out to us directly at pennycangolf@gmail.com subject line “return/problem” or call 847-436-1197 to speak with the owner.
Refund/Return/Repair Policy

We offer a 30-day window from the date you receive your order to request a refund, return, or repair. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping or delivering products to Penny Can Golf LLC.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. IF a club has been played and is not in the same condition it cannot be returned. If you play thew clubs, but wish to return them within 30 days, any custom stamping, paint fills, reshafts, regrips, or other alterations will void the return policy.

Any custom-made clubs cannot be returned within 30 days as stated above unless there is a defect or problem with the work that Penny Can Golf LLC has performed that is not the result of mis use or abuse of the club, as determined by Penny Can Golf LLC at the time of inspection.

Penny Can Golf LLC works with several reputable partners to source quality products and components, any defects in the sources components for club build or repair after 30 days will be subject to the manufactures warranty for the individual product or component.

Penny Can Golf LLC will work with products or components sourced by the customer outside of Penny Can Golf LLC. If the customer requests that customer sourced products or components are used, the 30-day refund/return/repair policy is null and void. Penny Can Golf is not responsible for any defects, forgeries, or other flaws of customer sourced products or components
Refunds
Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the 10% restocking fee. If the original method of payment is not available, we will issue a gift card for the refund amount to be used at Penny Can Golf LLC for future purchases. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank/card provider to post the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect so that we can correct the issue.

We DO NOT reveal credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing though our secured POS system.
